Connect your Community

Huddled creates email connections between members of your community. It engages lurkers, builds relationships, and grows your community.

1. Create a Huddle

Create a Huddle through this website. All we need is your name, email address, and some info about your community. We'll generate a sign-up form for your community, and you're good to go. ( example )

2. Invite your community

Share the sign-up form with your community on whichever platform you use - email, WhatsApp, Twitter, or something else entirely. (Import available on paid plans)

3. Regular connections

Members of your community will be regularly introduced to one another by email. This will strengthen their identity as a member, and will make them less likely to lurk, and more likely to take part.

About

Huddled was created by Joe Reeve - a technologist building tools for communities. The idea was originally formed at the London College of Political Technologists as a way to keep event participants engaged after events.

How could I use this?

Conferences

Want more follow-through after your events? Encourage your attendees to sign up for an event specific Huddle before they leave. Not only will it connect them, but it'll increase the likelihood of them coming to your next event.

Email Lists

Got an email list with engaged subscribers? Want them to communicate with one another, not just listen to what you have to say?
Perfect.

Create a new community

Huddled doesn't try to replace your existing community tools (hub-and-spoke), but it does offer an opportunity to create decentralized communities that can't be made with traditional community-building techniques.
